Molly’s Project work in partnership with registered housing associations.

The project aims to leverage partner expertise and resources to ensure the long-term sustainability and viability of the housing initiatives that Molly’s Project provides.

We’re proud to work with:

Places for People

We’re supporting the ambitions of Molly’s Project by contributing our specialist landlord and housing expertise, insight and resources to help facilitate the delivery of high-quality, affordable homes.

By combining our experience in creating sustainable communities with The Middleton Foundation’s vision, we aim to help create long-term solutions that offer dignity, stability and supported independence – so more people can build fulfilling lives within a community to call home.

“Molly’s story continues to inspire others, and her impact is growing through a partnership between The Middleton Foundation and Places for People. Together we’re working to find, purchase and adapt more homes – so that others like Molly have the chance to live happy, independent lives in Communities that care.”

YMCA North Tyneside

YMCA North Tyneside are a charity and a registered provider of social housing, committed to providing safe and supportive homes across the North-East.

“We are excited to be working with the Middleton Foundation on Molly’s Project. Our first house has already had a massive impact on the lives of the three residents, who have settled in so well. Not only has their new home had a positive effect on them, but also the staff team who support them, and their families, who now have peace of mind that they are being well looked after in a safe environment”.

The Middleton Foundation are committed to continuing this vital work and creating more Molly Homes.
