Molly’s Project Purchases 7th Forever Home

We are excited and proud to announce the purchase of our 7th property as part of Molly’s Project, our growing initiative dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and permanent homes for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

The purchase of this new property represents far more than bricks and mortar. It is another “Molly Home” - a forever home designed to provide stability, independence, and security for residents and peace of mind for their families.

Every Molly Home is built around a simple but powerful principle: permanence. We intend to retain these homes for as long as residents need them, ensuring they are not subjected to repeated moves or uncertainty about their future. Residents are encouraged to shape their environment so it feels genuinely like home, while trusted housing associations and care providers help ensure the property is managed safely, fairly, and sustainably.

This latest acquisition is another important milestone in our ambition to expand Molly’s Project across the North East and beyond. Through close collaboration with local authorities, housing associations, and specialist care providers, we are creating homes that allow people not simply to live, but to thrive.

As a Foundation, we remain committed to reinvesting rental income back into the project, helping us purchase further properties and support even more individuals in the years ahead.

The need for specialist supported housing continues to grow, and we know there is still much more to do. But with every new property purchased, we move one step closer to a future where people with learning disabilities and autism are no longer left behind by the housing system.
